As you all know much of our family time is spent on a baseball field. Dave and Cody absolutely live for it. Most of the boys on the this travel ball team are very familiar with each other. They were previous teammates or have played competitively against each other. It's amazing that no matter where they began playing baseball they are all developing into young men together. Yeah...I know...only a mom would say something like that! I can't help it...all you baseball mom's now what I'm trying to say.
There are times when I can not figure out where the boys get the energy to play in the hot sun, back to back, 6 inning games, with only a few minutes to rest in between. Look who I caught taking a little cat nap.

I absolutely love teaching scrapbooking classes...many of you know already know that...But I want to say it again. Can I say it again? I absolutely LOVE teaching scrapbooking classes...so I hope you'll be able to join me as I start teaching a new class. And I hope to be able to add even more classes...hummm....
I big huge thank you to all the gals who came to play with me Monday night. It was so much fun to get scrappy with you. : ) I hope you enjoyed the extra yumminess...any one else craving Petite Cheesecakes? For those of you who haven't had the chance to join one of my classes...I always provide a special home made treat!

I cooked up a rugged breakfast for the family...eggs, bacon and muffins. Yummy. Most of the day was spent at Swim Beach on Big Bear Lake. The water was super refreshing. 
Hannah took up tennis last November with her Coach Dad. We just found out she also loves to play badminton. And me? I participated in my favorite sport....People Watching! 
Dinner was on the go... a bucket of KFC, (Gotta luv it!) as we waited for the fireworks over the lake.
The kids started school this past Monday. Notice...the new hair styles? Of course both of them were excited to wear the new outfits and use the new backpacks. What an awesome adventure...to learn new concepts, make new friends and accomplish new tasks.
